We are seeking hardworking, dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Position Summary The Construction Laborer assists in all phases of post-frame building construction, including site preparation, framing, roofing, siding installation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup. Team members work closely with foremen and crew leaders to construct high-quality buildings while maintaining Blitz Builders' standards for safety and workmanship. Key Responsibilities Assist with the construction of post-frame buildings from foundation through project completion. Load, unload, and organize building materials and equipment. Install framing components, trusses, roofing, siding, doors, windows, and other building materials. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Follow construction plans, instructions, and company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work as part of a team to meet project schedules and quality expectations. Assist with site preparation, layout, and material staging. Identify and communicate potential safety concerns to supervisors. Represent Blitz Builders professionally when interacting with customers and the public. Qualifications Required Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Preferred Previous construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or agricultural building experience. Experience with post-frame or pole barn construction. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. CDL license or equipment operation experience is a plus.
