This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction and site work Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and cleanup Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow directions from supervisors and project managers
Qualifications:
Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety
