Construction / Mechanical Helper - Career Training | $56K-$65K Indianapolis, IN | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Have 1-3 years of construction, apprentice, warehouse, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on experience? Turn those skills into a career. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Construction / Mechanical Helper to train in commercial equipment installation. You don't need years of specialized mechanical experience. We'll provide paid, hands-on training. If you're comfortable using tools, mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn more, we want to hear from you. What You'll Learn Install and set up commercial equipment Use hand and power tools Assemble, connect, adjust, and test equipment Work with basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components Troubleshoot installation problems Work independently as your skills grow Communicate with customers and show them how to use their equipment Your Experience Could Come From Construction or construction labor Apprentice or helper work HVAC or plumbing helper/apprentice Automotive, tire, or lube shops Maintenance Warehouse or equipment work Manufacturing Carpentry Appliance or furniture installation Other hands-on jobs using tools or equipment You don't need to be a master mechanic. We're looking for approximately 1+ year of real-world experience working with tools and a willingness to learn. Pay & Benefits $56K-$65K anticipated first-year earnings , including overtime and on-call pay Paid career training Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with profit sharing Paid holidays and vacation Career growth and advancement opportunities Requirements Approximately 1+ year of hands-on work experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working with customers On-call rotation approximately every 7-8 weeks You've learned how to use the tools. We'll help you build a career with them.
