This position focuses on landscape installation projects, including basic irrigation installation for new construction and landscape development projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow within the company. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform landscape installation tasks including planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, raking, and general landscaping duties Assist with basic irrigation installation on new construction and landscape projects Follow blueprints, job site instructions, and project specifications accurately Lead, manage, and guide crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools safely Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed Load and unload skid steers safely and efficiently Operate company vehicles, including an F-550 truck with a 20' trailer Identify different types of trees, shrubs, and landscape materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 1 year of landscape installation experience including planting, mulching, sod installation, raking, and general landscape tasks Basic irrigation installation experience required Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a crew Ability to follow blueprints, instructions, and project specifications Ability to identify different types of trees and shrubs Experience using hand tools and operating heavy equipment Experience loading and unloading a skid steer Ability to operate an F-550 truck with a 20' trailer Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Must pass a drug screening test Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM as needed Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and punctuality required Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
