Job Description:
We are a growing residential construction and property management company looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who wants to build a long-term career in construction. This is not just a labor position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn every aspect of residential construction—from foundations to roofing—and become a well-rounded tradesman. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do No two days are the same.
Projects may include:
Framing Drywall installation and finishing Painting Flooring (LVP, tile, carpet, etc.) Trim and finish carpentry Siding, soffit, and fascia Decks and fences Roofing repairs Doors and windows Basic plumbing Basic electrical Property maintenance and repairs Demolition and cleanup Material loading and unloading General job site organization What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Positive attitude Willingness to learn Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons Ability to use or learn power tools safely Able to work independently and with a team Construction experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Hands-on training in multiple trades Opportunity for raises based on performance Variety of work—you won't be stuck doing the same thing every day Opportunities for advancement into leadership positions A team that values hard work, honesty, and craftsmanship Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck.
