Job Description

Indiana Spray Foam is looking for highly motivated individuals with drive and ambition to join their team out of our Lowell. We are looking for Entry Level Laborers for our sprayfoam division. This includes cellulose, vac outs, spray foam, fiberglass install, etc. We promote an environment that offers a challenge, creates opportunities, fosters enthusiasm, maximizes full potential, and rewards talent.
Essential Functions:
Assist experienced installers with spray foam insulation projects. Prepare job sites by moving materials, protecting surfaces, and setting up equipment. Load and unload insulation materials, tools, and equipment. Help operate spray foam equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel to customer job sites as scheduled. Communicate professionally with team members and customers. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Must have a valid driver's license. Operate equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose that weigh up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and crawl in attics, along with frequent bending, squatting, and twisting Ability to work independently and work as a team Ability to demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor at all times Must be able to pass pre-employment background check Ability to work 40-55 hours per week; some weekend work
