Job Description

Whole-house vinyl siding replacement on a 1939 lake home with several additions and dormers.
Square footage:
about 2,200 sq ft (~22 squares). A wall measurement report is on file, and we ask that you verify measurements on site before starting.
Product:
CertainTeed Monogram XL, Double 4" Clapboard (D4), .046" premium vinyl, in a deep red
Materials:
supplied by Sentri Homes Scope of work Remove and haul away the existing aluminum siding Leave the existing wood lap siding in place. Inspect it and the accessible substrate, and photograph and report any significant rot or damage before doing any repair work. Remove the existing shutters (do not reinstall) Install house wrap / weather-resistant barrier, properly lapped and integrated at openings Install the new siding with starter strip, J-channel, inside and outside corners, utility/finish trim, and flashing, per CertainTeed installation requirements Side the dormers in the same siding and color, with proper flashing where the dormer walls meet the roof Prep and close in two former window openings currently covered with plywood Wrap the kitchen door brick mold in white aluminum trim coil (custom field-bent) Terminate cleanly against the existing aluminum window wraps, which stay in place Protect the composite decking, porch lattice, and landscaping throughout the job Clean up the site daily and do a magnetic sweep at completion
