A Construction Helper or Worker works at construction sites and projects. Works as a skilled trades worker such as bricklayer, carpenter, painter, electrician or mason, or operates construction equipment.
Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support production and manufacturing operations. This position requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with assembly, fabrication, and production tasks Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties Inspect materials and finished products for quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support team members and other departments as needed Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor preferred Experience using hand and power tools required Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Forklift experience is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Schedule & Pay Full-time position 1st ,2nd ,and 3rd shift opportunities available Overtime may be required Pay based on experience Why Peoplelink?
