Self-motivated - will train the right individuals. Ability to retain instructions and independently repeat a task after receiving adequate training. General Requirements Include, But Are Not Limited To Climbing up and down ladders Ability to lift objects that weigh 50 +/- lbs Bending, squatting, kneeling, and operating equipment for hours at a time. Previous experience in construction is desired Must have reliable transportation or travel arrangements Walters Morgan Construction will run a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
