Laborer - Construction

Overview Job Overview AHRS Construction, Inc. is looking to fill multiple positions!

Our crews consist of:

Carpenters Metal Building Erectors Concrete Finishers Form Setters Laborers Experience preferred; however we are willing to train the right candidate. Pay will coincide with experience. Our work is all local within NE Kansas & SE Nebraska. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the site Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision while adhering to safety guidelines Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the work area organized and hazard-free Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures is advantageous Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance your career in construction. Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
