Job Description

We're seeking a construction laborer for our Barton County building crew, specializing in Metal & Post Frame Buildings. Concrete knowledge or construction experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate in either field. If you're eager to learn and grow your skills, this crew is for you! Our calendar is booked into 2027, giving you the opportunity for year-round work, and room to grow and perfect your trade. We build the best and fix the rest. Pay is based on experience and includes a 90-day evaluation for increases based on performance. VALID Drivers License required, no need to apply without, and transportation to/from work. Personal hand tools to bring to the job are preferred. This position will be filled upon finding the right person(s).
