In this role, you'll be trained to efficiently and effectively paint houses while gaining experience in communicative ablities. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn will help ensure every project meets our standards for craftsmanship and professionalism. Duties Assist with surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Prepare job sites by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures to protect from paint and debris Set up and safely use ladders and other equipment Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas daily Follow project plans and supervisor instructions to meet quality and timeline expectations Work on both interior and exterior painting projects in residential and commercial settings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Requirements Previous painting or construction experience preferred but not required—willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Comfort working at heights on ladders Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to following safety guidelines and company standards
