Construction Laborer

```Overview``` We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ```Duties```

• Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Operating hand tools and power tools as directed
• Digging trenches and excavations
• Mixing and pouring concrete
• Assisting with the installation of fences
• Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors ```Experience```
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is necessary
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job ^^^Pay^^^ $17/hr
