Traveling Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer (50% Travel) Job Description Join a dynamic full-service concrete company specializing in foundation, flatwork, and decorative work. As a Construction Laborer, you will be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Start work around 6am and continue until finish, typically between 4pm and 6pm. Meet at the shop in Olathe at the start of the day and carpool to various job sites. Participate in orientation on your first day, with a likelihood of not working the full shift. Engage in heavy lifting and perform various physical labor tasks. Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently. Essential Skills 1-2 years of previous experience in a construction general laborer role. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus. Blueprint reading skills. OSHA 10 certification. Experience with Gyp-crete. Equipment operating skills. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
