Construction Laborer

RockSolid Landscapes LLC is looking for a trustworthy, dependable laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in concrete work, landscaping upgrades, and residential construction improvements. If you take pride in hard work and want to build real skills, we're ready to train the right person. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Positive attitude and commitment to quality Experience That's a Plus (but not required) Concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing) Landscaping or construction labor Equipment operation (skid steer, mini‑ex, compactors, etc.) Truck and trailer operation Basic hand and power tool experience Responsibilities Assist with concrete pours, prep, and finishing Help with landscaping and construction tasks Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Operate tools and equipment safely Support the crew and follow project instructions What We Offer On‑the‑job training for motivated workers Consistent work with a reputable local company Opportunity to grow into higher‑skill roles Competitive pay based on experience and performance
