ONE FULL-TIME

construction helper to assist our installation team. This position will support HVAC installs on new construction homes as well as remodels. You will work alongside experienced technicians to help install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in accordance with Fenix Heating & Cooling's standards. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn—someone who shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing the job right. $15-18 AN

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform physical labor
• General knowledge of power tools and construction practices
• Ability to absorb and retain information
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work unsupervised when needed
• Team player
• Good time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support lead installers with daily tasks
• Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Keep company vehicle and work areas clean
• Attend training classes and training seminars as needed
• Adhere to proper procedures when completing paperwork
• Must work well with others
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
