In this role, you will be actively involved in supporting construction projects by performing a variety of manual tasks, installing materials, and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the job site. Duties Assist with the installation of construction components according to detailed plans and technical drawings, including interpreting blueprints and construction plans. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials, moving equipment, and positioning structural elements safely and efficiently. Operate power tools and equipment to facilitate installation, cutting, drilling, and assembly processes. Conduct erosion control measures by installing barriers, silt fences, and other protective structures to prevent soil erosion during construction activities. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, climbing safety procedures, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support equipment repair and maintenance to ensure tools and machinery remain in optimal working condition. Assist with site cleanup, organization of materials, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations at all times. Requirements Prior experience in commercial or residential construction environments is preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, power tools operation, and basic maintenance tasks. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, construction workplace safety regulations, and respiratory protection requirements. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling tasks, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety regulations and implementation of safety procedures.
