The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on diverse projects that include residential construction, renovations, and restorations. The Construction Laborer/Renovator will be responsible for executing tasks with precision while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation Install windows, siding, flooring, tile, and doors Build decks, cover decks, install sod and perform dirt work Interior and exterior painting Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Heavy lifting and manual labor as part of daily responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to work with a team while also being self-motivated Valid driver's license Be able to pass background check Experience Candidates should possess experience in the following areas: Prior experience in construction, carpentry, and painting Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Minimum 3 years experience We welcome applicants who are eager to contribute their skills to a dynamic work environment where craftsmanship is valued.
