ETG CUSTOMS
is seeking a motivated and dependable General Contractor Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in construction is preferred but not required for the right individual. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with deck building, siding installation, flooring, and other construction tasks Follow directions from project leads and supervisors Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work A team player with a positive attitude Reliable attendance and strong communication skills A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Why Work for
