Experience with Water Mitigation/Fire Mitigation is a plus to us! Triple Crown Restoration is a rapidly growing Restoration company working throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. We are looking for a Carpenter to assist in our Putback/Rebuild projects, whose duties will involve:
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a multitude of carpentry tasks while following a scope of work and project timelines. Carpentry work to be performed will be typical of Restoration projects. Areas of work will include, but are not limited to: Framing, Finish Carpentry, Cabinet Installs, LVT/Wood Flooring Installs, Painting, Selective Demolition and other areas typical of Restoration projects Restoration Carpenter will work directly with our Production Manager, providing regular documentation/progress updates to ensure all job information is captured Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle Ability to work independently and communicate with Clients, while performing scope activities Provide excellent, customer service and have a good rapport with others, including any Subcontractors and Vendors as required Perform day end/end of job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with clean appearance
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Carpentry experience working in the Restoration, Construction, or Remodeling field. Necessary math skills needed in Construction Ability to assist in on-call Rotation during peak seasons Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis Ability to work in confined spaces (attics) and climb ladders, working at ceiling heights when needed. Ability to work at heights up to 25' and comfort working on roofs (8/12 and under) Strong work ethic •All applicants must be able to pass a background and driving record check. Pay based on previous experience, with opportunity to grow.
