Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various building projects, assisting skilled tradespeople with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth progress and high-quality results. Your energy, attention to safety, and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to the successful completion of construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Support carpenters and masons with framing, formwork construction, rebar installation, and concrete pouring Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement according to plans Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for installation of flooring, tile laying, stucco, or masonry work Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skills in masonry, framing (including metal stud framing), plastering, restoration work, and renovation projects are not required, but candidates with some of these skills will be strongly preferred. Experience working on diverse construction projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Join our team if you're ready to build your career in construction!
