Per Diem Offered Benton, Louisiana
Posted on September 2, 2026 Published By Shannon Conquest Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Construction Laborers and Spotters at a new data center construction project in Benton, LA.

We are looking for dependable workers with 2+ years of experience working in a commercial construction environment. Spotters will be working to assist operators by directing and spotting equipment, flagging and controlling traffic around the worksite.

Pay & Schedule:

Monday through Saturday
10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM
5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Approximately 50 hours per week
$36.00/hour
$120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.

Requirements:

Verifiable experience working in commercial construction setting
Spotting and equipment-support experience preferred.
Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
