Key Requirements:
Some knowledge of remodeling work (framing, drywall, flooring, trim, painting, light demo, etc.)Experience preferred, but not required — if you have some experience and the willingness to learn and grow with our company, we'll train the right personReliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites in the Houma, Dulac, and Thibodaux areasBasic hand tools and a willingness to keep them maintainedDependable, punctual, and ready to workAssist lead carpenters and crew members with daily remodeling tasksLoad and unload materials and toolsPrepare and clean job sitesPerform light demolition, measuring, cutting, and material handlingFollow instructions and safety guidelines on every job
