In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and repair of various heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help ensure our equipment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery, while contributing to large-scale construction, industrial projects, or equipment servicing. Duties Assist with the operation and movement of heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractors to support construction or industrial projects Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on heavy machinery and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, repairs, or fabrication tasks on various types of equipment Read schematics and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals to troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs effectively Support welding, soldering, or fabrication tasks to modify or repair equipment components Conduct vehicle maintenance including tire service, brake repair, transmission checks, and hydraulic system servicing Handle heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate lifting gear and techniques while adhering to safety protocols Skills Proven experience working with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive diagnostics, diesel engine repair, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC systems Familiarity with dealership experience or OEM parts for precise repairs and maintenance Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including tire service, brake repair, alignment adjustments, and electrical diagnostics Experience with fabrication techniques such as welding or soldering for custom modifications or repairs Excellent safety awareness with a focus on heavy lifting techniques and proper use of safety gear Customer service skills are a plus when interacting with clients or team members during service operations Join us if you're eager to bring your mechanical expertise into a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact project success!
