Laborer

Taylor Davis Landscape and Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our teams with various tasks related to the construction of hardscapes, various types of commercial site work, and residential/commercial paving.

Responsibilities:

Assist masonry team with the preparation and layout of job sites. Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project deadlines are met. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
