Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for building and construction. This role involves various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. A background in construction or related fields is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Assembling scaffolding. Mixing mortar. Distributing materials. General jobsite housekeeping. Loading/unloading trucks. Demolition. Maintaining equipment. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we value a willingness to learn. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors. Must have drivers license, and reliable transportation.
