Responsibilities Assist in the installation of landscape construction projects, including softscapes, hardscapes, and masonry work Support landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, leaf and debris removal, pruning, weed and pest control, and mulching as needed Prepare, load, and unload trucks with materials and equipment for daily tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment Operate equipment safely and use all required personal protective gear Demonstrate professionalism and courteousness on and off job sites Attend safety trainings and staff meetings as required Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for eligible candidates) Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction preferred; training available for motivated candidates Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of landscape equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid drivers license preferred Hoisting license is a plus, but not required US work authorization required Compensation $20.00$26.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company matching Education and training for industry certifications and licensing Offered compensation: $20/hr - $26/hr Experience and License Requirements Landscape Construction (optional) Landscape Maintenance (optional) US Work Authorization (optional) Valid Driver's License (optional)
