The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a knack for hands-on work, we encourage you to apply. Deliver and Set up Tents and bounce houses for clients with a team member. Most of our delivery are in the greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire area. Responsibilities Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining quality. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and address any potential issues. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times during installations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Experience Previous experience in tent installation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites and shop. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential. Must be able to drive trailer .
