The Role We are looking for a creative and efficient Açaí & Smoothie Prep Specialist to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health-focused food preparation, ensuring that every bowl and smoothie is vibrant, fresh, and Instagram-worthy. Key Responsibilities

Preparation:

Assemble açaí bowls and prepare smoothies with precision and attention to detail.

• Ensure all bowls and smoothies are beautifully presented with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Engage with customers by recommending popular options and accommodating special requests.
• Monitor stock levels of fresh fruits, granola, and other ingredients, and report when replenishments are needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Qualifications
• Prior experience in food preparation or smoothie/açaí bowl creation is a plus but not required.
• A passion for healthy eating and an eye for presentation.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. What We Offer
