General Laborer

Confidential Employer - Full-Time Opportunity We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Excavation / Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in site work, civil construction, and underground utility projects who takes pride in quality work and maintaining a professional jobsite. Responsibilities Assist with excavation, site development, and utility installation projects Perform trench work safely and efficiently Support pipe crews, grading operations, and general site work Operate equipment when qualified/licensed Read and interpret plans and layout information Maintain clean, organized, and respectful jobsites Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards Work collaboratively with foremen, operators, and crew members Preferred Qualifications Experience in excavation, civil, utility, or site construction Ability to read and work from construction plans Massachusetts 2A-1C Hoisting License preferred CDL Class A or B preferred Valid USDOT Medical Card OSHA certifications (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred) Comfortable working in and around trenches and active construction sites Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented What We're Looking For We value individuals who show up ready to work, respect the jobsite and fellow crew members, communicate well, and take initiative.
