Responsibilities Assist with interpreting and implementing construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution. Perform building material installation including drywall, stucco, flooring, cabinetry, and trim carpentry to meet project standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to facilitate various construction tasks such as concrete forming, hardscaping, and window installation. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with project timelines. Support remodeling projects by installing electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and performing finishing work like caulking and painting. Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks for custom building components and ensure proper use of construction management software like Bluebeam. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures during outdoor work activities involving heavy equipment and material handling. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building construction processes and site operations. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, flooring, carpentry (including trim carpentry), and cabinet installation. Experience operating heavy equipment safely in outdoor or hardscape construction environments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites including OSHA standards or equivalent safety training certifications. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, working at heights, or in confined spaces for extended periods.
