- Full-time Position Overview Easton Select Group is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to support swimming pool construction and outdoor living projects across a growing multi-brand organization.
This role is responsible for assisting construction crews with site preparation, material handling, equipment operation support, and general labor tasks to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding construction environment. Core Responsibilities Construction & Site Support Assist construction crews with swimming pool construction, renovation, and outdoor living projects Perform site preparation, excavation support, grading, cleanup, and material handling activities Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment Assist with concrete work, plumbing, framing, and general construction labor tasks as directed Support installation of pool components, decking, landscaping, and related construction features Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout all phases of construction Equipment & Safety Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and responsibly Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment and materials at job sites Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times Perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or job site hazards promptly Team Collaboration & Operational Support Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Leads, and field crews to support daily project execution Assist with job site logistics and delivery coordination as needed Maintain professionalism and positive communication with team members and customers Support additional construction and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous construction, labor, landscaping, excavation, or outdoor work experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50-75 pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in pool construction, hardscaping, excavation, or related construction trades preferred OSHA certification or safety training is a plus Experience operating construction equipment or machinery preferred Ability to read measurements and follow basic construction instructions Strong attendance, punctuality, and teamwork skills About Us Easton Select Group is a Massachusetts-based company specializing in pool services and backyard leisure products.
