We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Landscape Construction Laborer to join our field crew. This is a hands-on position focused on the day-to-day upkeep and beautification of our clients' outdoor spaces. You will work as part of a team to ensure every property we service meets our high standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.

Primary Responsibilities Property Maintenance:

Perform routine tasks including mowing, string trimming, edging, and leaf blowing.

Horticultural Detailing:

Weed garden beds, prune shrubs and small trees, and deadhead flowers.

Installation:

Assist in spreading mulch, rock, and topsoil; planting seasonal flowers or shrubs.

Equipment Care:

Safely operate and perform basic daily checks on power tools (trimmers, blowers, mowers).

Cleanup:

Ensure a professional finish by clearing debris from walkways and job sites. Physical Requirements This is a high-intensity, physically demanding outdoor position.

Candidates must be able to:

Lift & Carry:

Frequently move materials (sod, mulch, equipment) weighing up to 50-75 lbs .

Range of Motion:

Spend the shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Endurance:

Maintain a steady pace for 8-10 hours in an outdoor environment.

Weather Tolerance:

Work comfortably in high heat, humidity, light rain, and cold temperatures.

Qualifications Experience:

3+ years of landscape maintenance experience preferred.

License:

A valid Driver's License is required .

Mindset:

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions within a team setting.

Technical Skills:
