Paint & Wallpaper Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint & Wallpaper Installer to bring vibrant transformations to our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying paint, wallpaper, and related finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces. Your skills will contribute to renovation projects and restorations, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of paint and wallpaper. Apply paint using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and power tools for efficient coverage. Install wallpaper with precision, including pattern matching and trimming for seamless finishes. Execute specialty finishes such as stucco, industrial painting, or restoration work on various surfaces. Use carpentry skills like trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and masonry techniques for fixture installation or structural modifications. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to construction site protocols and utilizing proper safety equipment during all tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial painting projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. Familiarity with plastering, caulking, stucco application, drywall installation, and restoration techniques. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and protocols. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations of material quantities, and project estimations.
