This role offers the opportunity to learn operations, gain leadership experience, and grow into running a small crew. Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to and from residential and commercial job sites Perform junk removal, cleanouts, and debris hauling safely and efficiently Load and unload furniture, household items, construction materials, and demolition debris Assist with interior and exterior demolition projects Safely operate common power tools and demolition equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain truck cleanliness and keep equipment organized Learn workflow, job execution, and eventually assist with leading small crews Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Comfortable driving larger work vehicles (box truck experience is a plus) Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items throughout the day Comfortable using or learning power tools Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Preferred Qualifications Experience in junk removal, moving, demolition, construction, landscaping, or general labor Leadership experience or interest in growing into a crew lead role DOT medical card (preferred but not required) Compensation & Schedule Part-time hours with potential for additional work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement into a leadership position as the company grows If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and want to grow with a local company, apply today.
