Operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors. Skills Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.. Understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations. Experience in heavy equipment operation is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site.
