Equipment Operator/Laborer

In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on every project site. Your mechanical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience will drive the success of our operations. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, dump trucks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, trenching, material handling, and site cleanup. Follow project plans and specifications accurately while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and support various construction phases. Support other labor tasks around the site as needed to ensure smooth workflow and project progress. Qualifications 5+ Years experience running excavators and backhoes. Sewer, water, septic experience. Reading blue prints and using laser. Drivers license and hoisting license. Must be willing to labor. Street work, Small patch paving. House lot excavation Pay will be based on experience.
