Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Form Laborer with prevailing wage experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of forming ADA-compliant ramps and sidewalks. This role involves supporting various tasks related to our concrete and curb setting operations, contributing to the success of our projects while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Form large stretches of concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps according to project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and that work is completed efficiently. Organize and maintain the job site at the end of each day to ensure safety for pedestrians and employees. Assist in other tasks as needed to support the concrete and curb setting team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in forming sidewalks and ADA ramps. Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Willingness to travel to various job sites within Massachusetts. Valid driver's license required. Own a smartphone with the ability to download time keeping applicatons.
