Site Laborer

Laborer Job Description We are seeking experienced laborers for our site division. The ideal candidates will have past experience in outdoor labor or on a construction site. You will be assisting operators, digging, and working with the team to grade land. This position is full time offering $22

• $30 depending on experience. This position will be Monday
• Friday 7AM
• 4PM in the Worcester area.

Projects are all over MA so having a reliable car is a requirement. Responsibilities Assist operators in daily tasks. Perform digging and land grading. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Essential Skills Experience in on-site and outdoor labor. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Eagerness and willingness to learn and adapt.
