Overview We are looking for reliable General Laborers to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various tasks on job sites, including material handling, site cleanup, and supporting skilled workers. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup Use hand tools and basic construction equipment Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must have reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Prior construction experience Experience operating construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, forklifts, excavators) Excavation, site, and landscaping experience
