area, offering the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects. Responsibilities Assist in heavy civil construction and mechanical installation projects. Perform tasks involving concrete labor, welding, and millwright work. Use hand power tools efficiently. Contribute to bridge, roadway, and highway construction projects. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years working as a helper, skilled laborer, or in a related construction position. Basic understanding of power tools and construction environments. Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays. Ability to work night shifts 1-2 times a month. Strong reliability and ability to take direction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in bridge work and concrete labor is advantageous. Why Work Here? MD/DC/NOVA
region. Candidates on the Western shore will primarily support projects in the Baltimore/Washington area, while those on the Eastern Shore should ideally be near Easton or Cambridge, supporting work throughout the Delmarva area. Travel is required, with potential overnight and extended weekend trips. Per diem and lodging are covered for such trips. Most work is local, requiring no overnight stay. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
