No prior coal yard experience requires a strong work ethic, motivation, and attention to detail .
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off Includes weekends and holidays Not a Monday-Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities:
General clean-up and maintenance in the coal yard Keep work areas organized and free of debris Follow safety protocols and wear PPE Assist with basic support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Your own vehicle. Located on a secured facility, must drive yourself on and off the property 2+ years construction or industrial site experience preferred Pass background check - Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card for this position Pass pre-employment alcohol/hair follicle drug test, including THC and tests back at least 6 months.
