This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across residential and commercial sites. As a key player on our crew, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This position is paid and ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact through hands-on work. Responsibilities Assist with general construction duties including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and other equipment necessary for daily tasks Support skilled tradespeople with tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, framing, roofing, drywall installation, and finishing work Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of assignments Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to building quality projects while advancing your career in the construction industry.
