Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Pickup and deliver materials from various suppliers to jobsites Demolition work Dump truck operation ability to pass a DOT physical Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
