Aurora Property Solutions is a growing property services and contracting company looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team on a part-time / contract basis . We are a newer company continuing to grow, and we're looking for people who want the opportunity to grow with us. As our workload and company expand, our goal is to transition reliable team members into full-time positions and continue expanding the benefits and opportunities we can offer. What You'll Be Doing Our work varies from job to job and may include: Property and estate cleanouts Trash and debris removal Light repairs and general handyman work Landscaping and yard cleanup Moving and hauling materials Jobsite cleanup Basic demolition Rental property turnovers General property maintenance Assisting experienced workers on larger projects No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in different environments and willing to learn new skills.

Pay Starting pay:

$20/hour with no prior experience required. Applicants with previous experience in construction, landscaping, property maintenance, demolition, handyman work, cleanouts, or similar trades may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience and skill level. There is room for pay increases as you demonstrate reliability, skill, and the ability to work independently.
