We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up consistently, and is comfortable working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Primary Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Drywall hanging, finishing, patching, and repairs Basic carpentry (trim, framing, doors, hardware, etc.) Apartment turnovers and punch-list work Property maintenance and repairs Assist with other construction projects as needed Preferred Experience Strong painting skills Drywall finishing and hanging Carpentry Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools Bonus Skills Flooring installation Tile Light plumbing Light electrical Cabinet installation Siding or exterior repairs General remodeling experience Roofing What We're Looking For Dependable and honest Positive attitude Detail-oriented Takes ownership of their work Wants steady, long-term employment and opportunities to grow
