Grondin is seeking Earthwork Construction Laborers to support our earthwork, site development, road, drainage, and utility construction projects. Positions are available for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor to support excavation, grading, drainage, utility, and road construction activities. Use hand tools and small construction equipment. Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed. Follow company safety procedures and supervisor direction. Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a crew. Able to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.
