Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Operator/Laborer, where you'll be at the forefront of building infrastructure and commercial projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate heavy machinery, assist with various construction tasks, and contribute to the successful completion of large-scale projects. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will be essential in ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on every site. Whether you're maneuvering excavators or operating loaders, your skills will help bring construction visions to life in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and dedication. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes and graders. Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and material handling to ensure smooth workflow and project progression. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards and optimal performance. Support the installation of infrastructure components by using mechanical knowledge and operating specialized machinery such as Caterpillar equipment. Follow safety protocols diligently while working around construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist with other construction duties as needed, including site cleanup and material delivery. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with familiarity in heavy equipment operation such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders. Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures. Prior experience in paving or infrastructure installation is advantageous. Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
