Construction operator/laborer

Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes and graders. Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and material handling to ensure smooth workflow and project progression. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards and optimal performance. Support the installation of infrastructure components by using mechanical knowledge and operating specialized machinery such as Caterpillar equipment. Follow safety protocols diligently while working around construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist with other construction duties as needed, including site cleanup and material delivery. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with familiarity in heavy equipment operation such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders. Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures. Prior experience in paving or infrastructure installation is advantageous. Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
