Residential Construction - laborer

We are hiring a full-time Construction Laborer ofr the Alpena/Alcona area. Overtime available

Responsibilities:

Perform general construction labor using hand and power tools (provided) Assist with framing, siding, windows/doors, and finish carpentry Load/unload materials and maintain clean, safe job sites Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

Basic construction experience required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Experience with hand and power tools Knowledge of wood frame construction preferred Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
