Construction Apprentice

We are seeking candidates to join our team as Construction Apprentices within both Delaney Commercial Services and ServeForce. Apprentices will be selected based on current hands on skill level, along with motivation, reliability, aptitude, and overall disposition. This is an excellent opportunity to learn multiple life-long skills within the construction trades from experienced professionals. Apprentices who excel can transition into a rewarding career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks Based on instruction, complete tasks autonomously alongside leadership Learn and apply safety protocols and safe work practices Operate and maintain hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

Strong interest in construction and a willingness to learn Positive attitude toward work and learning Ability to perform physical labor and lift relatively heavy objects Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Reliable daily transportation to and from job site Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic

$18.50 per hour
